PENGARUHÂ PRESTASIÂ BELAJARÂ DANÂ PRESTASIÂ PRAKTIKÂ PENGALAMANÂ LAPANGANÂ TERHADAPÂ MINATÂ MAHASISWAÂ MENJADIÂ GURUÂ Â

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: (1) prestasi belajar, prestasi PPL dan minat mahasiswa menjadi guru;  (2)  Pengaruh  prestasi  belajar  dan  PPL  terhadap  minat  mahasiswa  menjadi  guru;  (3)  Pengaruh  prestasi belajar  terhadap  minat  mahasiswa  menjadi  guru;  dan  (4)  Pengaruh  prestasi  PPL  terhadap  minat  mahasiswa menjadi  guru  SMK. Populasi  penelitian  adalah 80  orang mahasiswa PTM 2005 dengan  jumlah  sampel  45 orang. Pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik  random  sampling.  Teknik  pengumpulan  data  menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan  adalah deskriptif,  regresi ganda dan parsial. Analisis  deskriptif menunjukkan  bahwa  prestasi  belajar,  prestasi  PPL  dan minat menjadi  guru  SMK mahasiswa Pendidikan  Teknik Mesin  Unnes  berturutâ€turut memenuhi  kriteria  sangat memuaskan,  sangat  tinggi  dan  tinggi. Analisis  regresi  ganda menunjukkan  pengaruh  prestasi  belajar  dan  prestasi  PPL  terhadap minat menjadi  guru sebesar 79,60%.

The aims of this research are to discover: (1) the study achievement, field experience practice, and students’ interest to be teachers; (2) the effect of study achievement and field experience practice toward students’ interest to be teachers; (3) the effect of study achievement toward students’ interest to be teachers; (4) the effect of field experience practice toward students’ interest to be vocational high school teachers. The population of this research was 80 students of Mechanical Engineering Education year 2005 with 45 students as sample. The sample taking used random sampling technique. The data collected used documentation, observation, and questionnaire. The  analysis  techniques  used  were  descriptive,  double  regression,  and  partial  technique.  Descriptive  analysis shows that the study achievement, field experience practice, and Mechanical Engineering Education students’ interest to be vocational high school teachers successfully fulfill  very  satisfactory  criteria,  very  high,  and  high. Double regression analysis shows the percentage of the effect of study achievement and field xperience practice achievement toward students’ interest to be teachers is 79,60%.
