OPTIMALISASI PENINGKATAN PROFESIONALISME GURU-GURU SMA DI KABUPATEN KENDAL MELALUI PELATIHAN PENULISAN PROPOSAL PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS

Abstract


The phenomenon that is often experienced by teachers is the inability of teachers to makeclassroom action research proposal. These conditions cause the teacher had never done research classactions, so that the teaching-learning process there is no progress because there is no effort to fix it.From this description of teachers need special training to make classroom action research proposal.Therefore, the Community Service Team training activities classroom action research proposal. Thesetraining activities were carried out with the method of seminars and workshops. In the implementationof community service, participants were very responsive and actively participates in the activities. Fromthe responses of participants who attended indicated that research proposal writing training class actionprovides additional knowledge for teachers to improve student learning outcomes and improve teachingand learning process in their school. In addition, the more skilled teachers create classroom actionresearch proposal.

Fenomena yang sering dialami oleh guru adalah ketidak mampuan guru membuat proposalpenelitian tindakan kelas. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan guru tidak pernah melakukan penelitiantindakan kelas, sehingga proses belajar-mengajar tidak ada kemajuan karena tidak ada upayamemperbaikinya. Dari gambaran tersebut guru perlu mendapatkan pelatihan membuat proposalpenelitian tindakan kelas. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melakukan kegiatanpelatihan pembuatan proposal Penelitian Tindakan kelas. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan denganmetode seminar dan lokakarya. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, peserta sangatresponsive dan aktif mengikuti kegiatan. Dari respon peserta yang hadir menunjukkan bahwa pelatihanpenulisan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas memberikan tambahan pengetahuan bagi guru untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan memperbaiki proses belajar mengajar di sekolah mereka. Disamping itu, guru semakin terampil membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas.
