HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI THERAPEUTIC PERAWAT DENGAN MOTIVASI SEMBUH PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh fenomena kurangnya motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap di ruang melati RSUD Kalisari Batang. Penyebabnya antara lain kurang terjalinnya hubungan yang therapeutic antara perawat dan pasien sehingga menyebabkan pasien merasa kurang termotivasi untuk segera sembuh dari penyakitnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi therapeutic perawat dengan motivasi sembuh pada pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 127 pasien. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi therapeutic dengan motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap saling mempengaruhi dimana semakin tinggi komunikasi therapeutic perawat semakin tinggi pula motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah komunikasi therapeutic perawat maka semakin rendah pula motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap.

 

 

This research's background is phenomenon lack of motivation heal the patient take care of to lodge in jasmine's room of RSUD Kalisari Batang. Its cause for example less intertwin of relation which therapeutic between nurse and patient, so that cause the patient feel to demotivate to immediately get over from their disease. This research aim to to know the relation between communications of therapeutic nurse with the motivation heal the patient take care of to lodge. This research represent the correlation quantitative research. Subjek at this research amount to 127 patient. Sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Result of research indicate that the communications therapeutic with the motivation heal the patient take care of to lodge is influencing each other. Excelsior of communications of therapeutic nurse, excelsior also motivate to heal the patient take care of to lodge. So also on the contrary, progressively lower the communications of therapeutic nurse, hence progressively lower also motivate to heal the patient take care of to lodge.
