EVALUASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH HIJAU (GREEN SCHOOL) DI SMA NEGERI 7 PURWOREJO SEBAGAI PERSIAPAN MENUJU RINTISAN SWALIBA (SEKOLAH BERWAWASAN LINGKUNGAN DAN MITIGASI BENCANA)

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui kebijakan Program Sekolah Hijau yang diterapkan Pimpinan SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo, 2) mengkaji tingkat keaktifan dan partisipasi guru dan siswa dalam pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Hijau, 3) mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Hijau, 4) mengevaluasi keadaan fisik sekolah yang sesuai dengan konsep SWALIBA. Sampel penelitian 7 guru dan 85 siswa dari populasi 68 guru dan 853 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa pimpinan sekolah menerapkan kebijakan mengenai pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Hijau mencakup 4 bidang pokok yakni kebijakan sekolah, kurikulum, kegiatan partisipatif dan pengembangan sarana yang diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah dan seluruh aktivitas di dalamnya. Tingkat partisipasi guru dan siswa berupa tenaga, pikiran, keahlian, barang dan uang dalam program Sekolah Hijau masuk masuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang penghambat kelancaran Program Sekolah Hijau namun sekolah telah memiliki solusi untuk mengatasinya. Evaluasi kondisi fisik sekolah yang sesuai dengan konsep SWALIBA terdapat pada indikator lingkungan hidup meliputi udara dan cahaya, tumbuhan, sampah, air, energi, kesehatan dan budaya.

 

The study aims to: 1) find out the Green School Program policies applied by the head of SMA 7 Purworejo, 2) examine the level of activity and participation of teachers and students in the implementation of the Green School Program, 3) examine the factors obstruct the implementation of the Green School Program at SMAN 7 Purworejo, 4) evaluate of the school in accordance with the concept of SWALIBA. The research samples are 7 teachers and 85 students from the population of 68 teachers and 853 students. The technique of collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that the policy applied by the head of SMA 7 Purworejo to the entire school community regarding the implementation of the Green School program is divided into four key areas, those are school policies, curriculum, participatory activities and the development of facilities, the participation level of the teachers and the students in the program is an average of moderate to high, there are some factors obstacle to the smooth running of the program, but the school has had a solution to overcome them, the school that suit the SWALIBA concepts are in the environmental indicators include air and light, plants, garbage, water, energi, health and culture.
