PELAKSANAAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING LEARNING (CTL) PADA MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI DI SMA NEGERI 1 JEKULO-KUDUS TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011/2012

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) pada mata pelajaran Geografi di SMA Negeri 1 Jekulo-Kudus tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Jekulo-Kudus yang berjumlah 347 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian sejumlah 33 siswa diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan CTL sudah dalam kriteria sangat baik, mencapai 85%. Pihak sekolah hendaknya memberikan arahan dan masukan kepada guru-guru khususnya guru mata pelajaran Geografi agar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran selalu menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual dengan ke tujuh komponen tersebut sejalan dilaksanakannya KTSP. Bagi guru mata pelajaran Geografi hendaknya dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengajak siswa melakukan pembelajaran di luar kelas yang berkaitan materi atmosfer, pedosfer dan hidrosfer karena berkaitan dengan aplikasi dalam CTL.
This study aims to know the implementation of learning CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) in Geography subject at SMA Negeri 1 Jekulo school year 2011/2012. The population in this study: all classes X SMA Negeri 1 Jekulo totaling 347 students. The sample was taken by Random 33. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive percentages. The results showed that the implementation of learning in subjects CTL Geography class X is the criterion very well, reaching 85%. The school should provide direction and feedback to teachers in particular subject teachers in the implementation of learning geography that has always adopted a contextual approach to the consistent implementation of the seven components of the SBC. For subject teachers in the learning process geography should encourage student to undertake learning outside the classroom related material atmosphere, pedosfer and hydrosphere as it relates to applications in CTL.
