Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah dijelaskan menggunakan Software Catia. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode eksperimenquasi nonequivalent pre-test post-testcontrol group design. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji-t.

Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh X2 hitung= 6,29 dan X2 tabel = 7,81, karena X2 hitung lebih kecil dari X2 tabel, maka data berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh Fhitung = 1,11, sedangkan Ftabel = 1,92, karena Fhitung ≤ Ftabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua kelompok mempunyai varians yang tidak berbeda. Pada hasil perhitungan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata diperoleh t hitung= 9,13 dan t tabel = 1,67, karena thitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data a = 49,113 dan b = 1,911. Fhitung = 22,64 dan Ftabel = 4,242. Karena Ftabel> dari Fhitung maka data tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria signifikan. Melalui perhitungan uji gain diperoleh besarnya peningkatan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen adalah 47,03% sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah 5,57 %.
