Abstract

ABSTRAK

Di Yogyakarta, BNPB mencatat tahun 2018 sebanyak 25 kejadian bencana alam di Yogyakarta, berdampak pada 2 jiwa meninggal dunia dan hilang, 7 unit rumah rusak, 4 unit tempat ibadah, dan 5 unit bangunan sekolah rusak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran infrastruktur sekolah dasar siaga bencana di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, informan berjumlah 6 orang dengan purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan dari 38 indikator, SD X Kota Yogyakarta sebanyak 11 indikator sesuai, 11 indikator tidak sesuai dan 16 indikator tidak tersedia. Sementara, SD Y Kabupaten Gunung Kidul sebanyak 15 indikator sesuai, 7 indikator tidak sesuai dan 16 indikator tidak tersedia. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah infrastruktur kedua SSB belum siap. Saran yang diberikan meliputi sarana dan prasarana tambahan yang lebih ramah untuk disabilitas; pendampingan secara berkelanjutan; alokasi anggaran untuk mendukung kesiapsiagaan pada sekolah.

ABSTRACT

In Yogyakarta, BNPB recorded that in 2018 there were 25 natural disasters in Yogyakarta, affecting 2 people dead and missing, 7 units of damaged houses, 4 units of places of worship, and 5 units of school buildings were damaged. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of disaster preparedness primary school infrastructure in Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative, informants numbered 6 people with purposive sampling. The results showed that of the 38 indicators, SD X Yogyakarta City were 11 indicators in accordance, 11 indicators were not suitable and 16 indicators were not available. Meanwhile, SD Y Gunung Kidul Regency as many as 15 indicators are appropriate, 7 indicators are not suitable and 16 indicators are not available. The conclusion from this study is that the second SSB infrastructure is not ready. Suggestions include additional facilities and infrastructure that are more friendly to disability; ongoing assistance; budget allocation to support preparedness in schools.
