Upaya Pembentukan Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja Terintegrasi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas

Informasi kesehatan dan perkembangan kesehatan kerja sektor informal relatif kurang mendapat perhatian, sehingga perlu diantisipasi dan diberikan solusidalam pelaksanaan K3 sektor informal. Salah satu upaya dalam pelaksanaan K3 sektor informal adalah Pos UKK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk upaya revitalisasi pos upaya kesehatan kerja terintegrasi wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cepogo Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan panduan wawancara, lembar observasi, dan lembar studi dokumen. Terdapat 5 informan yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan program Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja dari 14 indikator menghasilkan bahwa  sebesar 28,6% (4 indikator) sesuai, 42,8% (6 indikator) belum sesuai, dan 28,6% (4 indikator) tidak ada. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja di Puskesmas Cepogo masih belum maksimal. Saran yang diberikan meliputi membuat perencanaan pelaksanaan yang lebih baik sampai monitoring dan evaluasi.

Health information and health development of the informal sector work relatively less attention, so it needs to be anticipated and given solusiin the implementation of K3 informal sector. One of the efforts in the implementation of K3 informal sector is Pos UKK. The purpose of this research is to revitalize the post of occupational health efforts integrated work area Puskesmas Cepogo District Boyolali. The research was conducted in September 2019. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. Research instruments use interiew guides, observation sheets, and document study sheets. There are 5 informant that is determined by purposive sampling technique. The results showed the implementation of the occupational health Post program of 14 indicators resulted that a 28.6% (4 indicators) match, 42.8% (6 indicators) were not appropriate, and 28.6% (4 indicators) did not exist. The conclusion in this research is the implementation of the program of Occupational health work at the Cepogo Puskesmas is still not maximized. The advice provided includes making better execution planning until monitoring and evaluation.
