KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDs) PADA PEKERJA

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) termasuk penyakit akibat kerja paling sering dialami pekerja di Indonesia. Kabupaten Jepara mengalami kenaikan pertumbuhan industri pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 sebesar 0,38%. Kenaikan ini dapat menghadirkan bahaya K3, khususnya bahaya penyakit akibat kerja seperti Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja di CV. Sinar Jaya Mandiri Jepara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan studi analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan metode total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 hingga November 2022. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dan fisher’s exact test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara usia (p=0,001), kebiasaan merokok (p=0,001), IMT (p=0,000), posisi kerja (p=0,000), beban kerja (p=0,003) dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Sedangkan tidak ada hubungan antara masa kerja, dan riwayat penyakit. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, kebiasaan merokok, IMT, posisi kerja, dan beban kerja berhubungan dengan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).

Abstract
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are the most common occupational diseases experienced by workers in Indonesia. Jepara Regency experienced an increase in industrial growth in 2016 and 2017 of 0.38%. This increase can present an OHS hazard, especially the danger of occupational diseases such as Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in workers at CV. Sinar Jaya Mandiri Jepara. This type of research is quantitative using an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design with a total sampling method. The research was conducted from September 2022 to November 2022. Data analysis techniques used the chi square test and fisher's exact test. The results showed that there was a relationship between age (p=0.001), smoking habits (p=0.001), BMI (p=0.000), work position (p=0.000), workload (p=0.003) and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). . While there is no relationship between length of work and history of the disease. The conclusions in this study are age, smoking habits, BMI, work position, and workload associated with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
