KAJIAN CEMARAN UDARA PADA TAMAN KOTA KB DAN SIMPANG LIMA KECAMATAN SEMARANG SELATAN KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Semarang dari hari ke hari semakin menyempit, artinya ruang terbuka hijau semakin berkurang dan berada di bawah ambang batas persyaratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahui kondisi taman kota di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, 2) mengetahui cemaran udara di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, 3) mengetahui tingkat kerapatan vegetasi di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, 4) memberikan arahan akan kebutuhan RTH dan jenis vegetasi taman kota di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif-kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial, analisis ketelitian interpretasi, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kondisi sebaran vegetasi di Taman KB dan Taman Simpang Lima untuk komposisi vegetasi masuk kategori sedikit, kerapatan vegetasi masuk kategori sangat jarang, dan keberadaan sebaran vegetasi masuk kategori sangat jelek. Pengukuran cemaran udara menunjukkan konsentrasi cemaran di Jalan Pahlawan lebih tinggi dibandingkan di Taman KB dan Taman Simpang Lima. Tingkat kerapatan vegetasi di Kecamatan Semarang Selatan memiliki luasan terbesar pada kategori cukup rapat dengan luas 255,420 Ha. Arahan kebutuhan RTH perlu penambahan luasan sebesar +124,51 Ha, kekurangan 340.019 batang pohon, dan penambahan jenis pohon penyerap NO2 dan debu pada Taman Simpang Lima.

 

Green air-gap in Town of Semarang day after day progressively narrow, its meaning green air-gap on the wane and under sill of conditions boundary.The purpose of the study are: 1) to knowing the condition of parks in Sub District of South Semarang, 2) to knowing the air pollutants in Sub District of South Semarang, 3) knowing the density of vegetation in Sub District of South Semarang, 4) give a picture about the RTH need and kinds of vegetation in parks in Sub District of South Semarang. The research method was descriptive-quantitative. Data analysis techniques used in the study were spatial analysis, interpretation accuracy analysis, descriptive analysis, and analysis comparative. The results showed that, the spread of vegetation at KB Park and Simpang Lima Park was categorized into few, the density of vegetation was categorized into very rare, and the presence of vegetation distribution was categorized into very bad. The pollutant measurement showed that the pollutant concentration on Pahlawan Street was higher than that of at KB Park and Simpang Lima Park. The density level of vegetation in Sub District of South Semarang was the largest which was categorized into dense enough and covered 255,420 hectare. As the RTH need, it is necessary to widen the area until +124,51 hectare, add more 340.019 trees, and put some trees that can absorb NO2 and dust at Simpang Lima Park.
