Abstract

Guru BK belum memahami evaluasi layanan informasi bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan guru BK membutuhkan evaluasi layanan informasi yang komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebutuhan guru BK akan model evaluasi layanan informasi bimbingan dan konseling berbasis CIPP, serta menemukan model evaluasi layanan informasi bimbingan dan konseling berbasis CIPP. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang guru BK dengan teknik area purpose random sampling. Metode penelitian dengan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang dilaksanakan dengan 6 langkah yaitu studi literatur, studi lapangan, deskripsi dan temuan, perumusan desain, validasi ahli praktisi serta model final. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan focus group discussion. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu dengan menganalisa dari berbagai macam sumber data. Hasil Penelitian Guru BK sangat membutuhkan panduan evaluasi layanan informasi BK berbasis CIPP ini terbukti dari hasil focus group discussion memperoleh skor rata-rata 3.81.

Guidance and counseling teachers have understand the evaluation information guidance and counseling services in schools and needs comprehensive information services. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the need for guidance and counseling teacher will model the evaluation of information services based CIPP guidance and counseling, and find the model evaluation guidance and counseling information services based CIPP. Subjects research were 30 teachers with guidance and counseling techniques with area purpose random sampling. Research methods with methods of Research and Development (R & D) carried out with the 6 steps that literature studies, field studies, descriptions and findings, formulation design, validation and final model expert practitioners. Methods of data collection are interviews, documentary studies and focus group discussion. The method of analyzing data in this research uses triangulation method that is analyzing all the data resources. The research result of guidance counseling teacher absolutely needs information service evaluation guidance based CIPP is evident from the results of focus group discussions to obtain an average score of 3.81.
