Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui program BK dan pelaksanaannya di Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Al-Mumtaz Pontianak; (2) menghasilkan program BK berbasis tugas-tugas perkembangan yang sesuai di TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. Metode penelitian: Research and Development (R&D). Subjek penelitian 75 anak kelompok A. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data: (1) Studi dokumenter (2) Wawancara, dan  (3) angket. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik deskriptif.  anak sebagai acuan pengembangan program BK berbasis tugas-tugas perkembangan. Hasil penelitian: Perencanaan dan perumusan program BK tidak berdasarkan needs assessment. Peran personel sekolah kurang maksimal. TKTP anak kelompok A termasuk kategori tinggi, rata-rata mencapai 35,97 dan persentase mencapai 74,92%. Kesimpulan penelitian: (1) program BK di TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak tidak melalui needs assessment. Pelaksanaan program BK kurang memaksimalkan peran personel sekolah. (2) program BK berbasis tugas perkembangan yang sesuai digunakan pada anak kelompok A TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak adalah program yang dikembangkan brerdasarkan asesmen kebutuhan anak, kondisi sekolah dan kebutuhan lingkungan (harapan personil sekolah dan orang tua). Saran Penelitian: perlu diadakannya  needs assesment  berdasarkan  tugas perkembangan anak dalam perumusan program, dan perlu  adanya sosialisasi program untuk membangun komitmen dalam pembagian peran  penyelenggaraan bimbingan.

The research goals are  (1) identifying guidance and counseling program and it’s implementation at certain kindergarten, that is Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Al-Mumtaz Pontianak; (2) producing suitable developmental tasks based guidance and counseling program for TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. Methods used is Research and Development (R & D). Research subject is a population of  75 children in group A. Data collection technique and instrument: Documentary study,  interview, Question-aire. Data is analyzed with descriptive technique.  Achievement Level  (TKTP) as the guidance for devel-oping suitable developmental tasks based guidance and counseling program. Result of  Research: The pro-gram’s planning and designing were not based on needs assessment. The TKTP for group A students was in the high cathegory, with average of  35,97 and percentage of  74,92%. Research conclusion: (1) guidance and counseling program at TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak was not made through needs assessment. The implementing of  guidance and counseling program still did not maximize the roles of  school personnel and stakeholders. (2) suitable developmental tasks based guidance and counseling program for students in group A TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak is a program that needs assessment . Research suggestion: needs assessment should be conducted based on children’s developmental tasks during program designing.
