MODEL BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK FUN GAME UNTUK MENGURANGI PERILAKU AGRESIF VERBAL SISWA
Abstract
Perilaku agresif verbal merupakan salah satu fenomena yang menunjukkan perilaku tidak dapat mengontrol emosi atau bersikap agresif, seperti kasar terhadap orang lain, suka bertengkar mulut, memaki-maki, sering mengolok-olok dan bertemperamen tinggi. Ada 16% siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 8 Semarang yang menunjukkan berperilaku agresif verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di sekolah dan berkurangnya perilaku agresif verbal siswa yang selama ini terjadi, (2) menemukan model yang efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa, (3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model bimbingan kelompok teknik fun game untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) tahap revisi model berdasarkan hasil uji coba terbatas. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah nanalisis deskreptif dan analisis statistik uji t dan uji anova. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 8 Semarang kelas X jurusan Multi Media yang berjumlah 108 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 10 siswa. Model bimbingan kelompok teknik fun game efektif dan dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa. Hasil tes menunjukkan menurunnya skor pre test dan post test pada skala perilaku agresif verbal siswa mencapai 28,29% dibandingkan sebelum diberi perlakuan bimbingan kelompok.
Verbal aggressive behavior is one of the phenomena that show behavioral can not emotional control or verbal aggressive behavior, such rude to others, mouth cuarrelsome, cursing, mocking, and often temper. Theres 16% student of grade X of SMK 8 Semarang showing verbal aggressive behavior. This behavior is one factor of the mayor factor that can influence the succses of one’s life, because of frecuent verbal aggressive behavior can lead the hostility among students. this study aims to determine (1) the real condition of the group with technical guidance Fun Game to reduce aggressive verbal behavior 8 Semarang vocational students, (2) find the model with the technical guidance of the group Fun Game to reduce aggressive verbal behavior of students SMK 8 Semarang. This study uses the methods of Research and Development (R & D), phase of model revison of the model based limited testing. This study uses observational techniques to determine which research subjects, class X / MM departemen amounting to 108 student and the sampling technique by purposive sampling, totaly 10 students . The model group guidance with techniqueFun Game to reduce aggressive behavior can reducing aggressive behaviors of students. From the results showed less change reaches 28,29%.
