MODEL BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI BUDAYA HIBUA LAMO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN SOSIAL SISWA
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Hibua Lamo yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini desain penelitian Educational Research and Development, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 siswa dipilih secara purposive sampling. Model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Hibua Lamo yang dikembangkan merupakan proses pemberian bantuan oleh konselor kepada individu melalui suasana kelompok dengan berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai budaya Hibua Lamo, yang dapat membantu anggota kelompok untuk saling bersosialisasi dan berinteraksi secara bertanggung jawab yang dapat menumbuhkan perasaan, pikiran, wawasan, dan perilaku yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Hibua Lamo terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial siswa. Tingkat kecerdasan sosial sebelum bimbingan kelompok adalah 23,6% dan setelah bimbingan kelompok meningkat menjadi 35.8%. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 12.2 %. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi pada semua aspek kecerdasan sosial. Hasil uji statistik t-test menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)/asymptotic significance untuk uji dua sisi adalah 0,000, artinya bahwa bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Hibua Lamo efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial siswa.
The purpose of the study was to generate an effective guidance group model based on cultural values of Hibua Lamo in order to enhance students’ social intelligence. This research of the study utilized Educational Research and Development design, where the total of sample is 10 students who are selected based on the purposive sampling. Culture Values Hibua Lamo-based Guidance Group – Based Model developed is the development process of providing assistance to individuals through group atmosphere based on the cultural values of Hibua Lamo by counselor, who helps the group members socialize and interact from one to another in responsive way by fostering sense, thoughts, view, and good behavior. The results of the study showed that the cultural values of Hibua Lamo-based group guidance model is proven to be effective in enhancing students’ social intelligence. Level of students’ social intelligence in the prior of the group guidance was 23.6%; after taking the group guidance, it was increased to 35.8%. There is increase of 12.2% which existed in all aspects of social intelligence. Thus, the results of the statistic t-test showed Asymp value. Sig.
