Kompetensi Mahasiswa dalam Algebraic Thinking Berbasis Kieran’s Theory pada Mata Kuliah Pengantar Struktur Aljabar

Abstract

Untuk dapat mengikuti perkuliahan mata kuliah yang berbasis aljabar dengan baik maka dibutuhkan kemampuan berpikir aljabaris (algebraic thinking). Menurut Kieran, yang diperkuat dengan tulisan Cai dan Louis, algebraic thinking meliputi 3 jenjang kegiatan yaitu: kegiatan generasional, kegiatan transformasional, dan kegiatan pada level meta-global. Dalam tulisan ini disajikan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam algebraic thinking pada perkuliahan Pengantar Struktur Aljabar.
