KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL MAKE A MATCH BERBANTUAN MEDIA VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model make a match berbantuan media visual pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Sudirman Kota Semarang. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental design bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu 130 siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Sudirman Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji t diperoleh sig. 2-tailed= 0,000 yaitu kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Nilai thitung = 9.979, dilihat pada tabel distribusi dengan α = 5% diperoleh ttabel sebesar 1,944. Nilai thitung> ttabel(9.979 > 1,944. Hasil gain score ternomalisasi pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,68232 (sedang) kelas kontrol 0,29755 (rendah) hasil tersebut memberikan kesimpulan bahwa model kooperatif tipe make a match lebih efektif dibandingkan model berkelompok (belum inovatif) Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa model make a match berbantuan media visual efektif dalam pembelajaran IPA Kelas V SDN Gugus Sudirman Kota Semarang dibandingkan dengan model berkelompok seperti biasanya (belum inovatif).
This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of make a match model asisted by visual media aid on science learning outcome of grade elementrary school Cluster Sudirman Semarang. This research used quasi experimental design in form of nonequivalent control group design. The population of the research were 130 the students of grade elementrary school Cluster Sudirman. The sampling derived by simple random sampling technique. The t-test results obtained sig. 2-tailed = 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). T-count value was 9.979, seen in the distribution table with α = 5% obtained t-table of 1.944. The value of t-count was higher than t-table (9.979> 1.944). The result of the gain score was normalized in the experimental class of 0.68232 (medium) control class 0.29755 (low). Thus, it could be concluded that the cooperative model type make a match was more effective than the group model (not yet innovative). In conclusion make a match model asisted by visual media was more effective in science class grade elementrary school Cluster Sudirman Semarang than grouped model as usual (not yet innovative).
