Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji keefektifan  model round robin berbantuan audiovisual terhadap keterampilan mendeklamasikan puisi siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik yang digunakan cluster random sampling. Data analisis menggunakan  uji t dengan rumus independent sample t test  dengan taraf signifikasi 5% (0,05) diperoleh hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) harga thitung yaitu 1,83  lebih besar dibandingkan harga ttabel yaitu 1,69 sehingga dapat diketahui terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara kelas kontrol dan  kelas eksperimen. Rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen sebesar 70,59 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 61,16. (2) N-gain kelas eksperimen 0,39 termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol 0,23 termasuk dalam kategori rendah. N-gain yang lebih tinggi pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan mendeklamasikan puisi pada siswa kelas IV SD. (3) keaktifan siswa pada kelas eksperimen sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 79%. Simpulan yaitu model round robin berbantuan audiovisual efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran  keterampilan mendeklamasikan puisi siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus Wijaya Kusuma.


 


The purpose of research was to examines the effectiveness of round robin model assistance of audiovisual on poetry declaming skills at fourth grade students. This research used to experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. The technical sampling was cluster random sampling. Data analysis able to the average difference test with a formula independent sample t test with significance level of 5% (0.05). The result showed that (1) the value of  tcalculate 1,83 was higher than the value of ttable 1,69 it can be said that there is a difference on average between control and experimental classes. The average of posttest in experimental class was 70.59 while the average of control class was only 61.16. (2) the N-gain in the experimental class 0,39 included experiment in improving the medium category, while the N-gain at 0,23 control class is included in the improve in the low category. The N-gain higher in the experimental class showed that the learning poetry declaming skills at fourth grade of state elementary school. (3) student activity in the experimental class was very high with 79% average. The conclution was round robin model effective used for poetry declaming skill at fourth grade students at elementary school cluster Wijaya Kusuma.
