Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pendidikan karakter di SDN Wonoplembon 02, (2) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Pendidikan Karakter di SDN Wonoplembon 02. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Sedangkan informan pendukung adalah guru dan siswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Tahapan analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) proses perencanaan pendidikan karakter di SDN Wonoplembon 02 melalui integrasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu guru mengembangkan nilai karakter dalam perangkat pembelajaran seperti silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), dan integrasi kegiatan di luar pembelajaran berupa pengembangan program penanaman nilai karakter dalam budaya sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; evaluasi, guru menggunakan penilaian aspek sikap siswa; (2) faktor pendukungnya konsistensi kepala sekolah dan guru dalam membangun pendidikan karakter di sekolah,  sedangkan faktor penghambatnya sumber dana, sarana prasarana, dukungan orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah.


The purpose of this research was to determine (1) the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating character education in Wonoplembon 02 Elementary School, (2) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Character Education in Wonoplembon 02 Elementary School. This study was a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The key informant in this study was the principal. While supporting informants were teachers and students. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through source and technique triangulation. Stages of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results showed that: (1) the character education planning process at Wonoplembon 02 Elementary School was carried out through integration in learning activities, namely teachers developing character values ​​in learning tools such as syllabus and lesson plan (RPP), and integration of non-learning activities in the form of developing planting programs of character values ​​in school culture, and extracurricular activities; the implementation of character education was carried out through learning activities, school culture, and extracurricular activities; evaluation, the teacher used an assessment of aspects of student attitudes; (2) the supporting factors were the consistency of principals and teachers in building character education in schools, while the inhibiting factors were funding sources, infrastructure, parental support, and school environment
