Abstrak


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  menguji hubungan antara perhatian orangtua dan karakter siswa terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Teratai Kabupaten Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Gugus Teratai Kabupaten Pekalongan. penelitian  ini berjumlah 124 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 124 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Uji instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, linieritas, dan  multikolinieritas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi sederhana, dan analisis korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada  hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara perhatian orangtua dan karakter siswa terhadap hasil belajar PPKn, kontribusi variabel perhatian orangtua dan karakter siswa terhadap hasil belajar PPKn tersebut termasuk dalam kategori kuat.


The purpose of this research was to tested the relation of parental attention and student’s character to the civic education learning outcomes of 5th grade students of State Elementary School in Gugus Teratai, Pekalongan. This type of research is a correlation study. The population in this study were the 5th  grade students of State Elementary School in Gugus Teratai, Pekalongan. This research amounted 124 students. The sampling technique was a saturated sample technique of 124 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The instrument test was done by using validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite analysis test used the normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. While the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relation of parental attention and student’s character to the civic education learning outcomes, the contribution of variables of parental attention and student’s character to the civic education learning outcomes was strong category type.
