PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MELALUI STAD BERBASIS REALISTIC MATHEMATICS SISWA KELAS IV

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas melalui STAD Berbasis Realistic Mathematics dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IVB SDN Bendan Ngisor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Aktivitas guru siklus I memperoleh skor 54,5 kategori baik dan siklus II aktivitas guru meningkat skor 59 kategori sangat baik. (2) Aktivitas siswa siklus I memperoleh skor rata-rata 28,4 kategori baik dan siklus II meningkat menjadi skor rata-rata 32,3 kategori sangat baik. (3) Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Pertemuan 1 siklus I hasil belajar siswa mendapat nilai rata-rata 70 persentase 70% , pertemuan 2 siklus I meningkat nilai rata-rata 73 presentase 76%, meningkat pertemuan 1 siklus II nilai rata-rata 75 persentase 84% dan meningkat pertemuan 2 siklus II nilai rata-rata 79 presentase 87% siswa tuntas belajar. Ini menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pertemuan akhir yaitu pertemuan 2 siklus II > 85% sehingga dinyatakan berhasil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini melalui Model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Berbasis Realistic Mathematics dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika.
The objective of this research are improving the skills of teachers, student activity and learning outcomes on student learning in mathematics. This type of research is a classroom action research through STAD Based Realistic Mathematics with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects were teachers and students of SDN Bendan Ngisor IVB class. The results showed: (1) teachers' activity cycle I gained a good score 54.5 category and second cycle teachers increased activity score 59 category very well. (2) Activity Cycle I students scored an average of 28.4 and the second cycle both categories increased to an average score of 32.3 is very good category. (3) increased student mastery of learning outcomes. 1 meeting students' cycle I got an average of 70 percentage 70%, meeting 2 cycle increased the value of an average 73 percentage of 76%, an increase of 1 cycle II meetings average 75 percentage of 84% and increased 2 cycles II meeting grade average of 79 percentage 87% of students pass the study.
