PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI MODEL STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION DENGAN AUDIO-VISUAL
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PKn siswa kelas IVB SDN Karangayu 02 Kota Semarang melalui model Student Team Achievement Division dengan media audio-visual. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus, setiap siklus satu pertemuan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, catatan lapangan, angket dan dokumentasi dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterampilan guru siklus I memperoleh skor 24 (baik), siklus II 27 (baik), dan siklus III 32 (sangat baik); (2) aktivitas siswa siklus I mendapat skor 21.38 (baik), siklus II 27,30 (baik), dan siklus III 31.40 (sangat baik); (3) hasil belajar klasikal siswa siklus I 55,17% (baik), siklus II 56,66% (baik) dan siklus III 76,66% (baik). Simpulan penelitian adalah model Student Team Achievement Division dengan media audio-visual meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang meliputi keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa.

The research aimed to improve civic education instructional quality of fourth B grade SDN Karangayu 02, Semarang through models Student Team Achievement Division with audio-visual media. This research using classroom action research it consisting of three cycles includes the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data was collected using observation, learning log, and documentation were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative analisys techniques. The results showed that (1) the teacher skill in the first cycle scored 24 (good), in second cycle scored 27 (good), and the third cycle 32(very good); (2) student activity in the first cycle score 21.38 (good), in second cycle scored 27.30 (good), It improved in the third cycle to 31.40 (very good); (3) Classical completeness of students learning outcome in the first cycle was 55.17% (good), in second cycle was 56.66% (good) and the third cycle of 76.66% (very good). The conclusions of this research is through the Student Team Achievement Division models with audio-visual can improve the quality of civic education that include of teacher skill, student activity and students learning outcome
