Model Program Bimbingan dan Konseling Komprehensif di Taman Kanak-kanak
Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk: (1) Menganalisis model faktual pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling di TK Al Hikmah dan TK Khadijah Pandegiling; (2) Menganalisis fisibilitas TK Al Hikmah dan TK Khadijah Pandegiling Surabaya untuk dapat melaksanakan program BK Komprehensif; dan (3) Menghasilkan model program BK Komprehensif TK Al Hikmah dan TK Khadijah Pandegiling kota Surabaya ditinjau dari aspek kebermanfaatan, kemudahan, kepatutan, dan ketepatannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (RnD). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala kebutuhan, pedoman wawancara dan skala penilaian. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) BK tidak diselenggarakan secara independen (di TK Khadijah Pandegiling) namun layanan-layanan BK tetap dapat diberikan pada anak taman kanak-kanak, di TK Al Hikmah BK telah dilaksanakan secara independen; (2) Baik di TK khadijah maupun TK Al Hikmah memenuhi kriteria fisibilitas implementasi program BK Komprehensif di TK; (3) hasil uji validasi ahli menilai bahwa model yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan (1 ahli), dan 4 ahli menilai layak digunakan dan 1 ahli menilai cukup layak, sedangkan 4 praktisi menilai sangat layak dan 4 orang menilai layak digunakan.
The purpose of this study were: (1) To Analyze the factual model of implementation guidance and counseling program in kindergarten Khadijah Pandegiling and Al Hikmah, (2) To analyze the feasibility of Al Hikmah and Khadijah Pandegiling Surabaya in order to implement the comprehensive guidance and counseling program, and (3) Produce comprehensive guidance and counseling program model at Al Hikmah and Khadijah based on the aspect of utility standards, feasibility standards, propriety standards, dan accuracy standards. The method used is Research and Development (RnD). The instrument used were the scale of the needs, interview and assessment scale. Research findings showed that : (1) although BK is not held independently (in kindergarten Khadijah Pandegiling) but services remained BK can be given to children of kindergarten; (2) Both in TK Al Hikmah and Khadijah Pandegiling fulfill the criteria of feasibility of the implementation of the Comprehensive guidance and counseling program in kindergarten; (3) the results of the validation test experts assess that the model developed very feasible to use (1 experts), 4 experts assess fit for use, and 1 expert assess enough for use whereas 4 practitioners assess very feasible and 4 assessing fit for use.
