Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Nagekeo, (2) mengetahui tingkat perilaku prososial siswa, (3) menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis Nilai-nilai budaya Nagekeo untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa SMP Negeri di kabupaten Nagekeo, dan (4) mengetahui kefektifan model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai Budaya Nagekeo dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa di SMP Negeri di kabupaten Nagekeo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah educational research and development. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di SMP Negeri di kabupaten Nagekeo tidak memanfaatkan nilai-nilai budaya Nagekeo, sehingga belum efektif mencapai tujuan. Model bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Nagekeo terbukti efektif meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa, dengan pelaksanaan pertemuan layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Nagekeo.

The purposes of this study were to: (1) describe the implementation of group guidance at Junior High School (SMP) in Nagekeo regency; (2) describe the level of students’ prosocial behavior; (3) produce the group guidance model with Nagekeo cultural values-based to improve students’ prosocial behavior; (4) identify the effectiveness of this model to improve students’ prosocial behavior. This study implemented educational Research and Developent design. The results showed that students had different prosocial behavior categories. It made more effective and efficient guidance activities to improve students’ prosocial behavior. Moreover, the results showed that the implementation of group guidance at SMP Negeri in Nagekeo regency did not base on Nagekeo cultural values so that it had not effectively reach the goals.
