Abstract

Lulusan SMK harus siap untuk berwirausaha. Motivasi berwirausaha dapat ditumbuhkan kepada siswa sedini mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan bimbingan kelompok terhadap peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha siswa kelas X SMK Negeri I Madiun. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah porposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala psikologis dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan uji t sampel berkorelasi dan uji t sampel independent. Saran untuk SMK Negeri I Madiun hendaknya menambah fasilitas pendukung layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha sehingga siswa dapat mempunyai pemahaman yang luas terhadap motivasi berwirausaha.

Vocational High-school graduates shall be ready to become entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship motivation can be fostered to students as early as possible. This research aims to find out the effectivity of Group Supervision towards the increasing of students entrepreneurship motivation of C graders at State Vocational High School 1 Madiun. The sampling technique used is porposive sampling by using 32 students. The data gathering uses psychological scale and analyzed quantitatively by correlative t sample test and independent t sample. The suggestion for State Vocational High School 1 Madiun Saran untuk SMK Negeri I Madiun is to add supportive facilities for Guidance and Counselling service in giving group supervision to improve entrepreneurship motivation so that the students can earn a vast knowledge about entrepreneurship motivation.
