Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mendeskripsi profil perilaku bullying dan perilaku agresif siswa 2) menentukan keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa, 3) menentukan keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa, 4) menentukan keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying dan perilaku agresif siswa Penelitian ini merupakan pra-eksperimen, single group pretes-postes design, pelaksanaan eksperimen dimulai dengan melakukan pretes dilanjutkan dengan pemberian eksperimen, dan diakhiri dengan postes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Ujung Batu Riau dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 orang dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon, uji deskriptif statistik. Profil bullying dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat 1 orang kategori perilaku bullying sangat tinggi, 3 orang sedang, dan 2 orang rendah, sedangkan  profil agresif terdapat 2 orang kategori perilaku tinggi, 2 orang sedang, dan 2 orang kategori rendah. Konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying 30,33, perilaku agresif 20,33.

 

The  determine of 1) to  describe the profile of bullying behavior and aggressive behavior of students, 2) to  determine the effectiveness of counseling group with behavioral approach to reduce students’ bullying  behavior, 3)  to determine the effectiveness of counseling group with behavioral approach to reduce  student’s aggressive behavior, 4) to determine the effectiveness of counseling group with behavioral approach to reduce bullying and aggressive behavior of students  This research is a pra-experimental with the single group pretes-postes design,  implementation begins with a pretes experiment continued with the experiment, and ending with psotes. The reasearch of this study are 12 students of  eleventh grade of  techniques motorcycles and light vehicles engineeringof SMK 1 Ujung Batu, Riau. The study uses research finding the researcher found that there were 1  student has strong high level in bullying behaviour, 3 were in average, and 2 were in low  , also  interm aggressive  profil there were, 2 were in high level, 2 were in average level, 2 were in low categories. Nevertheless, after using the descriptive statistical test, it can be concluded that the counseling group with a behavioral approach is more effective in reducing bullying behavior that is   30,33, aggresive behavior that is 20,33.
