Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman.

The number of tuberculosis patients in Semarang City increased from 2021 to 2023, totaling 3,221 until 5,039 cases. Health Office of Semarang City launched the SEMAR BETUL Program, which is implemented based on the primary healthcare center area. Kedungmundu Primary Healthcare Center has the highest tuberculosis cases with a prevalence of 277.4 per 100,000 population and a treatment success rate of 82.7%. The purpose was to evaluate the implementation of the SEMAR BETUL Program (input, process, and output). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach conducted from May to June 2025 with 9 informants determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman Model. The results showed that there were constraints on officer workload, systems that were not bridging with SITB, the community refuse screening, and there were still patients dropping out of treatment. The conclusion is the implementation of the SEMAR BETUL Program is quite good but has not yet reached maximum effectiveness and needs improvement efforts in workload management, recording systems, and communication strategis.
