SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang still manages education payments manually using a cash book and handwritten receipts, which is prone to recording errors, slow to recapitulate, and low in transparency. This community service program aimed to strengthen school financial governance through the implementation of, and training on, the adminara.id digital payment platform. The program ran in five stages from May to September 2026 and involved school leaders, administrative staff, teachers, and parents. Data were collected through an initial survey, a parent survey, observation, and a post-training evaluation questionnaire, and were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The initial survey showed low effectiveness of the existing system (1 of 5) and high urgency of digitalization (5 of 5), with most parental complaints concerning unclear payment status and proof of payment. After a socialization session for about 50 parents and hands-on training for teachers and operators, all evaluation aspects were rated high (4.50–4.90 on a 5-point scale), with usefulness the highest. All respondents, none of whom had used a digital financial application before, found the platform easy to operate, although continued assistance is still needed. Thus, adminara.id was well accepted as a solution for digitizing school financial governance. Standard operating procedures, periodic technical assistance, and post-go-live monitoring are recommended.
