Abstract

Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) plays an essential role in enhancing teachers’ professional competencies through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and classroom action research. However, MGMP Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) in Magelang Regency and City has encountered challenges in implementing the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) policy, particularly in utilizing effective learning media. To address this issue, the Office Administration Education Study Program collaborated with MGMP MPLB to conduct training on the use of Book Creator as a digital learning medium, supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education. The training employed a participatory andragogical method, including group discussions, presentations, evaluations, and reflections. Results indicated that Book Creator is effective in addressing students’ diverse learning needs through multimodal resources, although challenges such as varying digital literacy levels, limited time, and inadequate internet access remained. Overall, the training was well-received, and participants expressed strong interest in further programs.
