This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning on relay running material through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model. This research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 34 students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and observation sheets. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT learning model improved students’ learning outcomes. This improvement was indicated by the increase in the average score from 70.49 in Cycle I to 86.37 in Cycle II, as well as the increase in classical learning completeness from 44.12% to 94.12%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in PJOK learning, particularly in relay running material.
