discarded denim combined with traditional woven fabric. The assessment instrument was developed based on 48 aesthetic design indicator, covering aspects of color, line, silhouette, proportion, balance, unity, focal point, texture, and ornamentation. Three expert validators conducted the evaluation using a dichotomous (Guttman) scale with two response options (“Yes” = 1, “No” = 0). Data were analyzed by calculating the Aesthetic feasibility percentage using Riduwan’s formula (2015). And then interpreted according to product feasibility categories. The results showed that the “Shankara” fashion product achieved an aesthetic feasibility level of 94.4%, categorized as Highly aesthetically feasible. These findings highlight that the upcycling approach not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also produces fashion products with strong visual aesthetics, thereby enriching the discourse on sustainable fashion design.
