This study analyzes the phenomenon of violence against women and children in Boyolali Regency for the 2023-2024 period. Using qualitative descriptive methods with secondary data from the DP2KBP3A (Regional Child Protection Agency), the results show a downward trend in cases; female victims decreased from 22 to 19, and child victims decreased from 43 to 31. Despite the decline, sexual violence remains a dominant phenomenon, with the highest prevalence in Boyolali District. This decline reflects the effectiveness of regional policies such as the Child-Friendly City program and integrated services. However, enforcing community-based prevention strategies remains crucial to addressing the internal and external factors that cause violence toward the target of zero cases.
