Stunting remains a major chronic nutrition problem in Indonesia, including in Batang Regency, Central Java. This community service program aimed to strengthen maternal understanding of stunting prevention and to support village-level nutrition services through education, assistance with supplementary feeding (PMT), and participation in Posyandu activities. The program was implemented in Gemuh Village from July to August 2025 using a descriptive qualitative approach integrated with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework. Activities included stunting education for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers; a seven-day targeted PMT scheme for toddlers identified as stunted, with anthropometric re-measurement on the final day; and assistance at five Posyandu points. Evaluation relied on oral question-and-answer responses, field observation, activity documentation, and routine anthropometric monitoring during the program. Qualitatively, participants who initially had difficulty explaining how to prepare simple, nutrient-dense foods identified more appropriate food choices after the education session. The program also supported the continuity of PMT distribution and routine Posyandu services. Because no standardized pre-test and post-test instrument was used, the findings are interpreted as process achievements and qualitative changes in understanding rather than causal evidence of a reduction in stunting prevalence.
