This research was motivated by the low long pass ability of Bhayangkara POP Semarang City soccer athletes, which indicates the need for skill improvement by applying long pass training methods. This study analyzed how training methods and leg power affect long pass results. This study used a quantitative method with a 2x2 experimental design. The sample consisted of 36 Bhayangkara POP Semarang City soccer athletes selected using purposive sampling and divided into four groups. The instruments used were standing board jumps and long pass ball moves. Data analysis included prerequisite tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and two-way ANOVA. The research results show 1) There is a significant difference in influence between the horizontal target long pass and vertical target long pass training methods on the long pass results of Bhayangkara POP Semarang City football athletes (F = 4.475; Sig. = 0.042 < 0.05). 2) There is a significant difference in influence between groups with high leg power and low leg power on long pass results (F = 11.496; Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05). 3) There is a significant interaction between training methods and leg power on long pass ability (F = 13.975; Sig. = 0.001 < 0.05). In conclusion, the training method (horizontal long pass and horizontal-vertical long pass) with leg power groups (high & low) significantly influences the long pass results of Bhayangkara POP Semarang City Football Athletes.
