Pelatihan Canva Sebagai Skill Dasar Produksi Konten Digital Kreatif Bagi Pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Karangan Kecamatan Karanganom Kabupaten Klaten

Abstract

 The Canva training as a basic skill for creative digital content production was conducted by students of 
Semarang State University in Karangan Village, Karanganom District, Klaten Regency, in response to the youth's need 
for digital skills in the information era. The aim of this program is to enhance the abilities of Karang Taruna members 
to produce attractive and informative visual content. This training is part of the community service program Giat 10, 
targeting youth from Nglumbang Kramat Hamlet, Grubugan Hamlet, and Karangan Hamlet. The methods used include 
an introduction to social media and its uses, an introduction to photo and video editing applications, particularly Canva, 
explanations of key features, graphic design tips, and practical poster-making exercises. The activities were carried out 
in three interactive sessions that involved active participation from the participants. The results of the community 
service activities showed an increase in enthusiasm and participation among the youth, as well as their ability to 
produce creative content to support organizational activities. Additionally, this program encourages participants to be 
more active and wise in utilizing digital technology in their daily lives, with the hope of contributing more effectively to 
promoting village activities and enhancing community creativity.
