Development of Online Learning Based on Learning Management System in an Effort to Improve Teachers' Digital Literacy

In an effort to develop technology and information, many individuals are encouraged to always make updates in managing and using various kinds TIK, Even though in the world of education that is always and continuously up to date in terms of learning, one of them is the use of internet facilities for learning, one of the technology products that can be used in learning is Electronic Learning. The purpose of this research is to develop an Online Learning based Learning Management system in an effort to improve teachers' digital literacy. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The results of this study concluded that (1) Online Learning Media used today is not optimal because although some schools have adequate internet facilities such as internet connections and computer laboratories, they have not been used properly in using Online Learning learning. In addition, the lack of understanding of the variety of Online Learning that can facilitate the learning and teaching process by teachers so that it is necessary to introduce the variety of Online Learning to educators so that they use existing facilities optimally, (2) Google Classroom-based Online Learning media developed in this study can be used to improve the digital literacy of teachers in learning who have met the requirements in the feasibility aspects of content, language, presentation, and graphics, (3) The validity of the development of Google Classroom-based Online Learning media on Teacher Digital Literacy in this study is included in the good / high category so that it is suitable for use for learning and as information and consideration material for schools to be able to carry out learning using facilities and infrastructure properly.
