Abstract
Kesiapan kerja menjadi salah satu faktor untuk mengatasi tingkat pengangguran yang terjadi di Indonesia. Kesiapan kerja lulusan yang baik dapat mempermudah lulusan untuk memperoleh pekerjaan. Kesenjangan keterampilan yang dimiliki lulusan disebabkan oleh banyak permasalahan dari instansi pencetak tenaga kerja seperti terlambatnya adaptasi teknologi. Pembekalan employability skills menjadi solusi alternatif yang dapat dilakukan agar kesiapan kerja lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employability skills terhadap kesiapan kerja berdasarkan kajian hasil penelitian terdahulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah meta analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Proses penelitian meliputi (1) perencanaan; (2) pengumpulan data; (3) pengkodean; (4) analisis data; dan (5) report hasil. Sebanyak 22 dari tahun 2016-2022 artikel menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employability skills memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan nilai rata-rata effect size 0,365 > 0,25. Implikasinya, employability skills dapat menjadi suplemen untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di instansi pencetak tenaga kerja untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan.
