PENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN KONSEP TUMBUHAN BIJI MELALUI PBMP

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran siswa   dalam pembelajaran konsep tumbuhan biji. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan pembelajaran IPA dengan penerapan pola Pemberdayaan Berfikir Melalui Pertanyaan (PBMP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat kegiatan. (1) Planning. (2) Acting. (3) Observingang. (4) Reflekting. Subyek penelitian adalah kemampuan pemikiran siswa kelas I F SMA Negeri 2 Rembang yang berjumlah 44 siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Jumlah siswa yang menjawab pertanyaan, data awal 13,6%; siklus I 40,9%; siklus II 56,8%; siklus III 61,4%. Jumlah siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan, data awal 7%; siklus I 11,4%; siklus II 18,2%; siklus III 27,3%. Jadi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan penalaran siswa. Kegiatan mendengarkan guru, siklus I 10%; siklus II 5%; siklus III 3%. Jadi kinerja siswa juga kian meningkat dengan alokasi waktu yang semakin efektif. Dengan demikian pola PBMP mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran siswa kelas I F SMA Negeri 2 Rembang  pada pembelajaran konsep tumbuhan biji

 

The study’s purpose to improve the ability of reasoning in learning the concept of seed plants. To achieve these objectives is done by the application of a science learning Empowerment Through Thinking Questions (PBMP). This research is a class act. This study was conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of four activities. (1) Planning. (2) Acting. (3) Observing. (4) Reflekting.  Subject of study is a student I F class of SMA Negeri 2 Rembang consisting of 44 students. Date analysis method used is descriptive analysis method. Number of students who answered the question, 13.6% baseline; 40.9% first cycle; Cycle II 56.8%, 61.4% third cycle. Number of students who asked the question, the initial data of 7%; 11.4% first cycle; Cycle II 18.2%, 27.3% third cycle. So show an increase in students' reasoning abilities. Activities of listening to the teacher, the first cycle of 10%, the second cycle 5%, 3% cycle III. So the performance of the students is also increasing with more effective allocation of time. Thus PBMP patterns can improve the ability of reasoning a student I F Class of SMA Negeri  2 Rembang  in learning the concept of seed plants.
