A Healthy Life Should Start From A Young Age!

Healthy youngsters are very likely to grow into healthy teenagers and healthy adults. If they are healthy, they are able to perform a many things they wish to do!



1. Start your day having a healthy breakfast

Healthy breakfast provides them energy for the morning. Whole-grain breads, cereals, whole fruits, skim or low-fat milk and yogurt are fantastic breakfast foods.

2. Snack smart

Healthy snacks offer an additional source of calories required kids in their active day. Yogurt, fresh or dried fruits, cereal bars and raw vegetables with dip are fantastic choices.

3. Eat many different foods

Children need to eat several different foods including huge amounts of vegetables, legumes, fruits & cereals; and Abcya2 small amounts of dairy & meats to have each of the nutrients needed for growth & a sound body. Being active promotes healthy growth and development. Children need a minimum of 1 hour of moderate to vigorous physical exercise daily. Playing hide and seek, tag games and sports are excellent ways to get kids moving while having a great time.
