At the same time you need FloraSpring Review to eat a healthy, balanced diet. For most people this means a healthy breakfast and then two or more meals throughout the day (little and often is best). This basic diet should contain a balanced mix of fiber, carbohydrates, sugars and proteins. If you want to lose weight with such a diet then you simply consume slightly fewer calories than you burn through exercise everyday. Do this and you will lose weight gradually. Once you are at a healthy weight you maintain it by increasing your daily calorie intake to match your level of exercise. It's not rocket science is it? Now if I have said anything here that you disagree with then don't bother reading any more of this. To be honest, if you are so deluded that you think there must be some other reason why you are fat then you are going to either stay fat or bounce around the scales. Sure, you could lose loads of weight by eating fewer calories than you need to survive, or you could use massive amounts of protein to fool your body for a short period at great cost to your health. You will not be able to sustain this weight loss and will probably become ill or simply get fat again. I am concerned for your welfare but you do not have my sympathy. Wake up! So, if you know what the truth is why are you still fat? Why is it so hard to lose weight? Why have you been fighting the flab for years? Being fat is awful. You look bad, feel unhealthy, haven't got any energy and take very little pleasure out of life. So what is the problem? Why do so many of us find it so incredibly difficult to live a healthy lifestyle? What is our excuse? There's work pressure of course, looking after a family, money worries and so much more in our lives. It's understandable why we eat fast food and find no time in the day for exercise. Except it isn't is it? You could eat healthily if you wanted to. You could eat fruit instead of chocolate, you could eat more fresh fish and fewer burgers, more boiled potatoes and fewer chips. You could cycle to work or take up gardening, or go for a swim every day. These things are affordable for most of us. Walking is still free as far as I am aware.
