Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis PMRI Materi Jajargenjang

Abstract

Multimedia interaktif pada dasarnya memiliki unsur media gambar, audio, video, dan animasi yang dapat mendukung gaya belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini mengembangkan multimedia interaktif untuk materi luas dan keliling jajargenjang berbasis PMRI di kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama guna mendorong peserta didik dapat menemukan konsep matematika. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 10 Palembang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu model pengembangan Alessi dan Trollip. Uji alpha dilakukan untuk menguji validitas multimedia interaktif,  menurut penilaian tiga ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli desain, multimedia interaktif materi luas dan keliling jajargenjang berbasis PMRI ini dinyatakan valid dan layak diujicobakan. Pada tahap uji beta, berdasarkan hasil angket dari peserta didik bahwa kepraktisan multimedia interaktif berbasis PMRI sangat tinggi. Demikian juga untuk efek potensialnya yang terlihat dari hasil uji coba lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan konteks kaca pada gedung dapat merangsang peserta didik mengembangkan pengetahuan mereka tentang konsep luas dan keliling jajargenjang. Semua strategi  yang mereka temukan, didiskusikan sehingga akhirnya menunjukkan hasil kontribusinya untuk selanjutnya digunakan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menemukan konsep luas dan keliling jajargenjang.

In principle interactive multimedia consist of picture, audio, video and animation who able to support the
student in learning. This research develop interactive multimedia area and perimeter of paralellogram PMRI based at level VII Junior High School aim to encourage student find the mathematic concept. Research conducted at SMPN 10 Palembang using development model Alessi and Trollip. Alpha test was conducted to examine the validity of interactive multimedia, based on reviews from the three professionals expert of media, material and design, interactive multimedia area and perimeter of paralellogram PMRI based are valid and feasible to be tested. On Beta test stage, based on questionnare of students simplicity of interactive multimedia PMRI based is high. Effect potential present of the field test result that shown utilization of context of glass building able to stimulate students developing knowledge of area and perimeter of paralellogram. Find all strategies, discussion, then result is contribute to helping students to find the concept of area and perimeter of paralellogram.
