Towing Engine dari Mesin Scooter Bekas dalam Olahraga Paralayang

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian untuk untuk merancang media towing Paralayang menggunakan mesin Scooter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (developmental research). Pengidentifikasian dan analisis kebutuhan untuk perancangan model towing engine dari mesin Scooter dilakukan pada penelitian tahap I, yaitu dengan perancangan prototype dan pengembangan model towing engine dari mesin scooter. Pada tahap II dilakukan penerapan dan eksperimentasi penerapan uji produk model towing engine secara keseluruhan. Pada tahap III dilakukan penggandaan produk towing engine dari pengembangan dan perancangan towing engine Scooter. Langkah-langkah perencanaan dalam perancangan mesin ini adalah: (1) Menyiapkan gambar skema kelistrikan. (2) Menyiapkan peralatan dari komponen yang telah dibeli sesuai perencanaan. (3) Pengadaan komponen mekanik dan elektrik yang diperlukan. Langkah-langkah perakitan dan pengujian perencanaan dalam perancangan mesin komponen ini adalah: (1) Pengujian Sistem dan proses kerjanya, (2) Pengujian beberapa hasil dari benda kerja, (3) Pengujian penyimpangan terhadap waktu pengerjaan, dan perakitan seluruh komponen. 

The objective of this research is to design Paralayang towing media using Scooter machine. This research is a research development (developmental research). The identification and requirement analysis for the design of the towing engine model of the Scooter engine is done in the first phase of the research, which is by designing the prototype and developing the towing engine model of the scooter machine. In the second phase, implementation and experimentation of test model application of towing engine as a whole is applied. In stage III, there is doubling of the towing engine product from the development and design of Scooter towing engine. The planning steps in the design of this machine are: (1) Preparing the image of the electrical scheme. (2) Prepare equipment from components that have been purchased as planned. (3) Procurement of mechanical and electrical components required. The steps of assembling and testing of planning in designing of machine of this component are: (1) Testing System and its work process, (2) Testing some result from workpiece, (3) Testing deviation to time of work, and assembling all components.
