MODEL PENGEMBANGAN PEMANDUAN BAKAT OLAHRAGA PANAHAN PEGAWAI TETAP PADA KEMENTRIAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA REPUBLIK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rangkaian tes bakat panahan perspektif domain fisik dan antropometrik, mengetahui validitas dengan validitas ahli rangkaian tes bakat panahan perspektif domain fisik dan antropometrik, dan menyusun norma hasil tes bakat panahan perspektif domain fisik dan antropometrik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development yang bertujuan menghasilkan model pemanduan bakat olahraga panahan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Model Pemanduan Bakat Olahraga Panahan (MPBOP) adalah sebagai suatu proses, rangkaian tes untuk memunculkan atau mengidentifikasi bakat olahraga tertentu sebagai langkah operasional dari penerapan strategi tertentu dalam memandu bakat olahraga panahan., (2) Setelah melalui tahapan proses pengembangan model, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah MPBOP yang siap digunakan dalam memunculkan atau mengidentifikasi bakat olahraga panahan, (3) Pembobotan tiap item tes MPBOP tersebut adalah; tinggi badan (5%), tinggi duduk (5%), berat badan (5%), rentang kedua lengan (10%), lempar tangkap bola tenis (15%), tes balke (10%), keseimbangan (10%), persepsi kinestetik (15%), sit up (10%), daya tahan kekuatan lengan (10%), dan (4) Hasil pengujian lapangan dan hasil diskusi/validasi dengan pakar ditemukan bahwa MPBOP dapat berimplikasi pada terlahirnya norma keberbakatan olahraga panahan tersebut, maka akan diketahui apakah seseorang memiliki potensi dalam cabang olahraga panahan sesuai klasifikasi atau tidak.

A This study aimed to develop an aptitude tests for archery on physical domain and anthropometric perspective, determine the validity and formulate the norms of the test. This research is a research and development that aims to produce a model of archery talent scouting. The results of this study concluded that : (1) Model of talent scouting on archery ( MPBOP ) is as a process, a series or sequence changes, in the talent show or identify a particular sport as the operational steps of the application of a particular strategy guide the talent in archery , ( 2 ) this research resulted in a MPBOP are ready for use in generating or identifying talent archery , ( 3 ) Weighting of each item are MPBOP test ; height ( 5 % ) , high seat ( 5 % ) , weight loss ( 5 % ) , the range of both arms ( 10 % ) , throwing a tennis ball catch ( 15 % ) , Balke test ( 10 % ) , balance (10 % ) , kinesthetic perception (15 % ) , sit ups ( 10 % ) , arm strength endurance ( 10 % ) , and ( 4 ) field test results and discussion / validation by experts found that MPBOP norms may have implications for the archery talent , it will be known whether a person has the potential in the sport of archery according to the classification
