Penurunan Asam Laktat pada Fase Pemulihan Aktif dengan Argocycle selama 5 Menit

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar asam laktat sebelum latihan, setelah latihan, laktat setelah pemulihan selama 1 menit. Manfaat yang diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi latihan dan pemulihan yang tepat. Metode eksperimen rancangan the separate pretes-posttest control design digunakan pada peneletian ini. Sampel sebanyak 6 mahasiswa laki-laki yang bersedia dan memenuhi kriteria. Perlakuan berupa pengambilan darah sebelum latihan, latihan argocycle selama 5 menit dengan beban 7 watt,  setelah latihan darah tepi diambil lagi untuk mengetahui kadar asam laktat. Alat yang digunakan Accutrend Plus, Reagen MB Laktat dari Jerman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata usia (19.83 ± 0.75), tinggi badan (165.83 cm±9.33), berat badan (65.67 kg±5.82), laktat sebelum latihan (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), laktat setelah latihan (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan (p=0.028), laktat dan denyut nadi setelah latihan (p=0.028), denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat sebelum dan setelah latihan (p=0.028), laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit (p=0.046). Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan positif antara laktat dan denyut nadi sebelum latihan dan setelah latihan. Ada hubungan negative antara laktat setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, denyut nadi setelah latihan dan sebelum latihan, laktat setelah latihan dan laktat setelah recovery selama 1 menit.

The aims of this research is to know the different of lactate acid before, after exercise and after 1 minute recovery. The research use to recommendation for exercise to get good recovery. The separate pretes-posttest control design used in this research. The subject is six man that disposed to this research. The experiment are take periphery blood before and after exercise, than after 1 minute recovery. The exercise is 5 minute in argocycle with 7 watt load. The instrument are accutrend plus, Lactat reagen MB made in Germany and lancet. The result show that mean of age (19.83 ± 0.75), height (165.83 cm±9.33), weight (65.67 kg±5.82), lactate before exercise (3.28 ±mmol/l 1.00), lactate  after exercise (5.43 mmol/l± 1.75). There is significant relation between lactate and heart rate before exercise (p=0.028), lactate and heart rate after exercise  (p=0.028), heart rate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate before and after exercise (p=0.028), lactate after exercise and after 1 minute recovery (p=0.046). The conclusion is there are positive relation between lactate and heart rate before and after exercise. There are negative relation between lactate before and after exercise, heart rate before and after exercise, lactate after exercise and 1 minute recovery.
