Mental health challenges are prevalent among incarcerated individuals, stemming from factors like monotony, anxiety, stress, and depression associated with confinement. Through a series of psychoeducational sessions covering self-awareness, interpersonal communication, psychological first aid, emotion regulation, stress management, and positive self-talk, the research investigates the effectiveness of these interventions in enhancing mental health and well-being among female inmates. Post-test results reveal promising outcomes, with 57.69% of participants exhibiting a very healthy mental health status, 38.46% classified as mentally healthy, and 3.85% falling into the moderate mental health category. Rizky Eka Putra Vi Safrillah [email protected] <p>The study recognized and identified that MSMEs in the village faced challenges due to limited knowledge about technological developments and business licensing, resulting in a lack of Business Identification Number (BIN) among business owners. This program aims to educate Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) about the importance of having a BIN and to help and assist them in obtaining this essential legal credential. Participants were guided through the steps of registering and inputting their personal data to receive a BIN. Which consisted of observation, socialization sessions, and practical assistance in obtaining BINs, also conducting a participant satisfaction rete index survey. Through this program, it is helped MSMEs overcome legal obstacles to access government programs and funding, and improve their business networks or markets. As a state of law, in this case, legality efforts and legal protection by the government are needed for MSME actors. So far, MSMEs in Temabakrejo sub-district still lack knowledge about the mechanism of making a Business Registration Number (NIB) using Single Submission (OS). Therefore, this community service activity has the aim of helping the people of Tambakrejo Village in solving this problem. Socialization efforts, assistance, and direction in making NIB have been made to the community through OSS, where it is hoped that later the community will have new knowledge and understanding related to the protection of MSMEs that they have pioneered. Kenteng Village, as one of the areas in Semarang Regency, has high tourism potential. In addition, Kenteng Village is also known as a village producing various handicrafts and small businesses typical of the region, so many brands in the village have not been registered. However, result of research shows that trade secrets are not as famous as patents, copyrights, and trademarks. In Indonesia, trade secrets Act has been established by the government since 2000. Following the fact that trade secrets are still not commonly understood by societies, thus it is important to educate societies about trade secrets. This community service selected to educate gen Z in SMAN 1 Semarang since knowledge to trade secrets should be understood as early as possible. Nevertheless, it is worth to note that there are some reasons to conduct the community service in the school, two of them are SMAN 1 Semarang is one of the best high schools in the city and some students have achieved some prestigious awards in research. The methods in carrying the community service were by delivering important points on trade secrets, discussion session, and post-test. The formulation of the problem was answered by the Pringrejo UNIKAL KKN service method through five stages, namely observation, data collection, preparation of physical programs, trials – evaluation, and finalization.
