EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BPJS DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN BATANG

Abstract

Berdasarkan berbagai jenis pelayanan publik yang ada, pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat merupakan salah satu pelayanan publik yang paling disoroti karena dinilai kurang baik dalam pelayanannya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mekanisme pelaksanan program BPJS Kesehatan. (2) Efektivitas program BPJS Kesehatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Batang. (3) Kendala yang dihadapi Puskesmas dalam penyediaan pelayanan kesehatan bagi para peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa efektivitas mekanisme dan manfaat BPJS Kesehatan di puskesmas Kecamatan Batang dalam kategori  efektif  hal  tersebut  dapat  dilihat  dari  persentasi  yang  didapat  dari  kepesertaan,  manfaat,  fasilitas kesehatan dan mutu. Melihat dari hasil tersebut terdapat juga persentase yang rendah antara lain pada kepesertaan masyarakat masih menyatakan bahwa mereka masih kesulitan dalam proses menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan, dimana proses pendaftaran sampai dengan aktivasi kartu peserta terlalu lama sehingga masyarakat merasa kesulitan ketika memerlukan dalam waktu yang mendadak, masyarakat masih terdapat kesulitan pada fasilitas kesehatan terdapat puskesmas yang tidak memiliki apotek siaga 24 jam, sedangkan pada variabel mutu menyatakan hanya ada dokter persalinan yang beroperasi 24 jam.
