Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah di Jawa Tengah sebagai sektor andalan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja pada kenyataannya cenderung fluktuatif,Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana korelasi jumlah unit usaha terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah,bagaimana korelasi nilai investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, bagaimana korelasi upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Tujuan yang ingin di capai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis korelasi jumlah unit usaha terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, menganalisis korelasi nilai investasi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, menganalisis korelasiupah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor usaha kecil dan menengah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dengan pengujian korelasi Jumlah UKM mempunyai hubungan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja, Investasi mempunyai hubungan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja dan Upah minimum juga mempunyai hubungan terhadap jumlah penyerapan tenaga kerja.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwabagi pengelola UKM sebaiknya memanfaatkan rekan bisnis pelatihan usaha, buku dan internet dalam mencari informasi pasar dan cara manajemen usaha agar usahanya dapat berkembang lebih efektif.

Small and medium enterprises in central java as the main sectors in employment in fact tend to fluctuant ,Problems in this study is how the correlation the number of business unit of employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java , how the correlation investment value of employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java , how the correlation minimum wage on employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java. The aim of this study was to know about correlation analysis the number of business unit of employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java , correlation analysis investment value of employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java , correlation analysis minimum wage on employment on the small and medium enterprises in the central java. Conclusion that obtained by testing correlation the number of smes are related to the number of employment, investment are related to the number of employment and minimum wage also has links to the number of employment.This research result indicates that if the management smes should use business associate training business, books and the internet in search of market information and the way for management business can develop more effective.
