KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH FASILITAS PRAKTIK KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap hasil kesiapan kerja maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Kudus sejumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas praktik kerja, kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan, serta jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan, (3) kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (4) jiwa kewirausahaan tidak signifikan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (5) jiwa kewirausahaan secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan jiwa kewirausahaan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas praktik kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pihak pihak sekolah mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan fasilitas praktik kerja baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas untuk meningkatkan perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa dan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa.
The purposes of this study were to analyze the direct effect of work practice facility for towards work readiness or indirect effect through enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit. The population in this research is took all of XII Accounting grade in SMK N 1 Kudus with a total of 100 students. Method of collecting the data used interview, questionnaire and documentation. Method of data analysis used descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. Results of this research show that (1) There are good and significant effects of work practice fasility, enterpreneurship learning quality, and enterpreneurship spirit toward students’ work readiness, (2) There are good and significant effects of work practice facility toward enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit, (3) Significantly, enterpreneurship learning quality is be the intervening variable in the effect of work practice facility towards students’ work readiness, (4) Enterpreneurship spirit is not be the intervening variable in the effect of work practice facility towards students’ work readiness, (5) Significantly, enterpreneurship spirit is be the intervening variable in the effect of enterpreneurship learning quality towards students’ work practice. According to the research above, it can be concluded that enterpreneurship learning quality and enterpreneurship spirit have a role as an intervening of the effect in work practice facility towards students’ work readiness. The suggestion is that school sides themselves is able to optimilize the use of work practice facility by quality or quantity to increase enterpreneurship learning quality enchancement and increase enterpreneurship spirit that there is in the students itselves, as a result it can be able to increase students’ work readiness.
