PENGGUNAAN MODEL NHT DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGIDENTIFIKASI PERSYARATAN PERSONIL ADMINISTRASI KANTOR

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Tindakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: NHT sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil tes evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 77 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 63% dengan nilai tertinggi 90, nilai terendah 65, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 22 siswa dan sisanya 13 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Sedangkan analsis hasil tes evaluasi siswa pada siklus II, menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 86 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91% dengan nilai tertinggi 100, nilai terendah 75, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 32 siswa dan 3 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Siswa memberikan respon yang positif pada pembelajaran NHT.

The research was intended to describe the application of cooperative learning by using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method. The action research was selected as a research design. The subjects were students of class X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The result showed that: NHT was effective to increase the students outcomes. Analysis of test results obtained by students in the first cycle of evaluation, showed the average value of 77 and the percentage of students classical completeness by 63% with the highest value of 90, the lowest score of 65, and the number of students who pass the 22 students and the remaining 13 students who did not complete. While the analysis of the test results of evaluation of students in the second cycle, showed the average student is 86 and the percentage of classical completeness by 91% with the highest value of 100, the lowest value of 75, and the number of students who pass the 32 students and 3 students who do not complete. The students gave positive response to NHT.
