PENGARUH PENGOLAHAN KOLEKSI, KOMPETENSI PENGELOLA, DAN FASILITAS PERPUSTAKAAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pengolahan koleksi, kompetensi pengelola perpustakaan, dan fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemustaka tahun 2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus iterasi didapatkan responden dengan jumlah 116 pemustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y= 16,438 + 0,363X1 + 0,379X2 + 0,480X3 + e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara pengolahan koleksi, kompetensi pengelola, dan fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan sebesar 51,10%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar adalah fasilitas perpustakaan yaitu sebesar 10,89%, sedangkan pengolahan koleksi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 10,56% dan kompetensi pengelola memberikan pengaruh lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 9,00%.

This study aims to determine whether the influence of collections, library management competence, and library facilities on the quality of library services. This research includes quantitative research. Population in this research is all users in 2017. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling and by using iteration formula obtained by respondent with amount of 116 users. Methods of data analysis used descriptive percentage and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 16.438 + 0.363X1 + 0,379X2 + 0,480X3 + e. The amount of influence simultaneously between the collection processing, library management books, and library facilities on the quality of library services 51.10%. The variable that gives the biggest influence is library facility that percentage of 10,89%, while the collection form give influence 10,56% and the value of library management competence give less influence that is equal to 9,00%.
