ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KESULITAN BELAJAR MATA DIKLAT KEARSIPAN SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN SMK NEGERI 2 BLORA

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar merupakan suatu kondisi dimana anak didik atau siswa tidak dapat belajar secara wajar sebagai mana mestinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja dan seberapa besar kontribusi faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kesulitan belajar pada mata diklat kearsipan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Blora. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan terdapat 5 faktor baru yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa sebesar 68,53% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,47 dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam model ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang mempunyai kontribusi terbesar terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa adalah minat, kebiasaan belajar, dan didikan orang tua yang  memiliki kontribusi sebesar 25,792%, dan faktor yang berkontribusi terkecil adalah tipe belajar siswa yang memiliki kontribusi sebesar 9,443%. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dari diri siswa mengenai kondisi fisiologi atau psikologi dan perlunya pemahaman bagaimana menjalin relasi yang baik.

 

Learning disabilities is a condition in which the students or the students can not learn naturally as it should. This study aims to determine what factors and how these factors contribute to the difficulty of learning the training eye archival Class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Blora. Results of factor analysis showed that there were 5 new factors that affect students' learning difficulties at 68.53% while the remaining 31.47 influenced by other factors that are not specified in this model. Conclusions of this study are the factors that have contributed most to the eye learning difficulties is interest, study habits, and education of parents who have a contribution of 25.792%, and the smallest contributing factor is the type of student who has contributed amounting to 9.443%. Advice can be given of the study include the need for improved understanding of the students regarding condition physiological or psychological condition and the need for understanding how to estabilish good relationships.
